    A TONE x Mama’s Sundry Collaboration. From February 17th to May 7th, do a little grounding and get a little creative with the immersive interactive agriculture art exhibition taking place at TONE HQ. Leave your mark on the Mama’s Sundry communal greenhouse and truck, drop a few seeds, get your hands dirty in the soil and more! Tour the exhibition during gallery hours.

Mama’s Sundry Annual Events

  • Star Seed

    Star Seed marks the beginning of a powerful journey! Mama’s Sundry is partnering with our good friends at Everbloom Farms to create a community nursery and we want you to be apart of it. Join us for a meal, some good music and some seed sowing. After all, our village is about empowerment and we all have what it takes to create change. This is an all age friendly event so bring the whole family and let’s enjoy the end of the summer with some intention!

  • Swap Meet

    Our SWAP Meet event is all about extending the life of our garments. We host them seasonally and we have our guests bring clothes that are lightly worn to exchange with other guests. We provide refreshments, good music and beautiful venues with the hopes of providing a positive second hand shopping experience. Let’s normalize passing garments over to folks we know will love them with our having to spend a dime!

  • Potlikker

    Potlikker is our annual Harvest Party. Here, we celebrate the last harvest of the season with friends, family and community. We cook and serve food for as many that want to join us on a donation based status. Last year we held it at our friend’s over at Everbloom Farm’s Hoop House. This year, we will do the same! We serve meals that can be enjoyed by folks with any diet or pallets preference ! These meals feature locally grown goods made by local chefs.

The Hood Homestead

As the nation confronts a burgeoning food crisis, the Mama’s Sundry team is working to inspire and empower communities to grow their own food. We’ve converted the front lawn of our home & headquarters into a Foodscape in South Memphis,TN. We made sure it would be visible so that our neighbors would get curious and get involved. It started with just a couple of children but now, nearly two dozen folks, of all ages, visit weekly to help sustain our neighborhood homestead. We pay our community members for their time in addition to sharing the quality whole food harvest that comes from the Hood Homestead.
